Delivery Information

POSTED IN AUSTRALIA: allow 2 – 7 working days:

The books are despatched from Perth in Western Australia via Australia Post Standard Mail Delivery and usually ships within 24 hours.

You should expect to receive goods within 2-7 working days (from the working day following receipt of the despatch email) for most metropolitan areas in Australia. Remote areas can take longer.

You may receive your goods earlier than the time stated above but please note, sometimes there can also be unforeseen postal delays which are outside of our control. We ask that you please allow up to 14 working days for delivery before contacting us to request a refund or replacement order.

Please note that deliveries through Australia Post Standard Mail Delivery cannot be easily tracked.

POSTED INTERNATIONAL: allow 10-30 working days:

The goods are despatched from Perth in Western Australia via Australia Post Airmail and usually ships within 24 hours.

You should expect to receive books within 10- 15 working days (from the working day following receipt of the despatch email). This delivery time applies to most major cities. Delivery to remote areas may take longer.

You may receive your order earlier than the time stated above but please note, sometimes there can also be unforeseen postal delays which are outside of our control.

We ask that you please allow up to 45 days for delivery before contacting us to request a refund or replacement order.

Boxes and locked bags acceptable for NZ addresses only.

Please note that deliveries through Australia Post Airmail cannot be easily tracked.

ISSUES WITH YOUR DELIVERY OF GOODS

In the event that the delivery of your order fails due to invalid address information, it will be returned to Fremantle Boat School. Fremantle Boat School will do their best to ensure the information you have input is accurate.

We cannot guarantee that your order will arrive at its destination if you have not provided correct address details and as much information as possible to assist delivering.

If your order has not yet been shipped you will need to send an email advising the error and request a change in details.

If your order has a status of “packed” or “shipped” we will not be able to guarantee any change in shipping details.

Unfortunately, you will be liable for any costs incurred in return to sender parcels if the information you provided was inaccurate.

IMPORT CHARGES

Please note that certain countries charge the recipient duties on the ‘import’ of packages. As these charges are the responsibility of the recipient, please check the customs service in your destination country to see if charges are applicable. Fremantle Boat School will not reimburse customers on these import costs or offer a refund if a customer refuses to pay these costs or accept delivery due to these unforeseen instances.
